Participation in gymnastics activity involves motion, rotation and height in a unique environment. This activity carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk. As with any sport, injuries can result from gymnastics activity. It is important that parents and students appreciate the risk involved and obey all Aspinwall Gymnastics Center's instruction. I understand that, as with any sports activity, there is potential for minor injuries, serious catastrophic injuries, and even death. I understand that gymnastic activity involves equipment that can increase the risk of injury or death. I feel competent that my child(ren) is (are) physically and mentally capable of participating in classes at Aspinwall Gymnastics Center. I release all Aspinwall Gymnastics Center owners and employees from all liability for any injuries and/or damages incurred by me or my child(ren) while in the building and/or on the premises. I have read this statement and understand the risk involved. I give my child(ren) permission to participate in programs offered by Aspinwall Gymnastics Center.
